FAQ'S About a New Roof

Updated: Jul 11, 2023

  • How can you tell if your roof needs to be replaced?

Roofs should be replaced around the 20 year mark. Curled shingles, leaks, missing shingles, mold, internal water damage, dents, and bald spots are good indicators.

  • What is the best type of roof?

There is no one answer to this question. Asphalt shingles and metal are the most common options. Shingles would be the more affordable option. However, if you're looking for something more sleek and modern, metal would be a good choice.

  • How long does it take to replace a roof?

Depending on building size and roofing type, the timeline can vary. Most residential roofs can be done in ONE DAY. Commercial buildings and larger homes may take longer. We want to work as fast as possible with as little inconvenience to you and your home.
